Absolutely. I want my service to be as accessible and inclusive as possible. Before we begin, we'll have a conversation about your needs and complete a risk assessment together. We'll consider things like accessibility, mobility, and any potential risks to make sure the location is suitable and feels comfortable for you. If an outdoor setting isn't the right fit, online sessions are always available, so you can still receive the support you need.

I love being outdoors in all seasons, but your safety and comfort always come first. Nature-based sessions are generally available for around 10 months of the year. During November and December, we'll usually meet online instead, as colder temperatures, shorter days and potentially hazardous conditions can make outdoor sessions less practical.

In a world where we're constantly distracted, I believe many of us have lost touch with ourselves. We become so caught up in the demands of life that we forget to check in with what we truly need.
Nature offers us the opportunity to slow down. Whether it's the sound of birds singing, leaves rustling in the breeze, or simply the stillness around us, spending time outdoors can help us reconnect with ourselves. It reminds us to pause, breathe, and notice what's been there all along.

Yes! I offer a free 20-minute introductory call. It's a relaxed chat where we can get to know each other, talk about what's bringing you to counselling and explore how we could work together. You'll also have the chance to ask any questions you may have.
Finding the right counsellor is an important part of the process, so this call is simply an opportunity to see if I'm the right fit for you. There's absolutely no pressure to continue afterwards.

I know our pets are an important part of our lives, but to help you fully focus on yourself during our time together, I ask that pets stay at home. Assistance dogs and guide dogs are always welcome.
